Job Summary
Deliver an excellent member experience by maintaining service and standards alongside the Gym Manager, while supporting recruitment through club outreach and community events. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors to foster a positive work environment, providing ongoing professional development to enhance staff skills. Manage and improve the group exercise offering within the gym. This varied role supports the Gym Manager in leading fitness professionals and contributing to membership growth at PureGym, a global brand with over 700 gyms and 2 million members.
Required Qualifications
- A L2 qualification in gym instructing
- experience teaching group exercise
