Job Summary
Assist Gym Manager to lead fitness staff, recruit and develop trainers, and deliver an excellent member experience at PureGym Northampton Weston Favell. You will supervise and train Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, manage group exercise offerings, drive club outreach and community events, and contribute to growth and retention of membership. The role emphasizes team leadership, service standards, staff development, and creating a positive workplace culture, with a focus on developing talent and delivering high-quality fitness services alongside the Gym Manager.
Required Qualifications
- L2 qualification in gym instructing
