Job Summary
Deliver an excellent member experience through constant focus on service and standards alongside the Gym Manager. Support recruitment of new joiners via club outreach and community events. Recruit, develop, train, and supervise a team of Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors while fostering a positive work environment. Manage and improve the Group Exercise offering. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
Required Qualifications
- A L2 qualification in gym instructing
- experience teaching group exercise
