Job Summary
Assist in running day-to-day operations of the PureGym club, driving member experience and team development while supporting the Club Manager. Lead and participate in sales through tours and lead generation, manage staff on a daily basis, help drive Personal Training revenue, interview/hire/train/develop new staff, manage inventory and retail orders, schedule front desk and maintenance, oversee cash reconciliation and deposits, handle onboarding of new associates, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe club environment. The role emphasizes leadership, recruitment, training, customer service excellence, inventory control, and collaboration to deliver the PureGym member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Minimum one (1) year management/key holder/MOD experience in a customer service business
- Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
- Proven ability to direct and train team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
- Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Computer literate on the Microsoft Suite
- Hardworking and diligent
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills
