Job Summary
Teach engaging, high-quality classes using The Little Gym's curriculum while serving as the #2 leader to the Gym Director. Build relationships with children and parents to support member retention, convert prospective families, and ensure every guest feels welcomed. Provide day-to-day leadership to instructors, communicate expectations, and step into a full leadership role when the Gym Director is unavailable. Manage administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, facility safety, and opening/closing the gym. Plan and execute special events, camps, and programs while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule that includes at least one weekend day.

- Must be available to work at least one weekend day on a consistent basis
- Must genuinely enjoy working with children and families
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a child development, education, enrichment, recreation, gymnastics, childcare, or other kid-focused environment
- Experience engaging and building relationships with both children and parents
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
- Comfortable providing direction, feedback, and support to team members
- Develop a strong understanding of The Little Gym curriculum and help ensure instructors are prepared to teach it consistently and confidently
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to create positive experiences for families
- Experience with sales, membership enrollment, customer retention, or relationship-based selling
- Comfortable balancing teaching responsibilities with administrative and operational work
- Event planning or event execution experience
- Experience creating or managing employee schedules
- Highly dependable with strong follow-through
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
