Assistant Guide

Assist Learning Guide in maintaining high levels of student academic achievement and growth; help build a positive studio culture with high standards, warmth, and joy; implement pedagogical best practices under supervision; provide structured academic interventions using real-time data; support preparation and execution of engaging, rigorous projects and lessons; assist with parent communications; collaborate on cross-studio programs; motivate and build relationships with students; help create enriching experiences (guest speakers, field trips); supervise small mixed-age groups; prepare materials and manage resources to maintain a safe, organized environment; ITAR compliance requirements apply. Must be able to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends, and lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent and experience with groups of children preferred.
