Lead a team of Buff Care Specialists (Production, Guest Services and Supervisors); schedule, manage and mentor team members; ensure store operations are cost effective, compliant with best practices and legal requirements; assist Growth & Operations Manager/Leader with daily operations and strategy implementation to improve store performance; purchase/manage raw materials and inventory to prevent stockouts; oversee production of all Buff City Soap products including packaging and labeling; perform quality controls and monitor production levels; maintain store appearance and guest-service standards; greet customers and guide staff to ensure excellent guest interactions.
