Assistant Grower Operator

Conduct daily plant monitoring and maintenance tasks under the supervision of senior growers while learning the art of cultivation within our personal development program. Collaborate with experienced staff to develop leadership and teamwork skills as you progress through the training track. No prior experience is required; the focus is on attitude and readiness to learn. This role is part of a structured development program designed to prepare candidates for future grower and plant scientist positions.
