Job Summary
Assist the Center Director and Group Leaders in delivering fun, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Supervise students, engage with them positively, and support transitions, snack time, and enrichment activities. Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff across multiple school locations including John Burroughs ES, Bunker Hill ES, and others. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm as a part-time role earning $20.00–$22.00 per hour. This position supports Leading Edge's mission to build safe, enriching spaces where children can grow, learn, and thrive beyond the school day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in any professional setting
- Friendly, dependable, and ready to support wherever needed
- A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
