Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager for a residential group home serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leads on shift, supports the Site Manager, and oversees daily operations to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a safe home environment. Responsibilities include resident support in independent living skills, assistance with personal care and medical needs, medication administration and documentation, staff supervision and training, data entry and reporting, transportation of residents, budgeting and spending oversight, and coordination of IHP/ISP goals with the interdisciplinary team. Requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to drive between sites, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to pass MVR check with minimal violations
- 21 years of age or older
- Completion of required two-week paid training upon hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic systems
- Ability to document thoroughly and communicate clearly
- Ability to supervise staff and manage programs
