Job Summary
Supervise DSP staff, manage scheduling and shift coverage, and assist with daily care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Review MARs, ISP data, and Therap documentation while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Support incident reporting, emergencies, and staff training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of group home experience, and a valid driver's license. IDD experience and Therap background are preferred. Full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive insurance, paid training, PTO, sick time, and a 403(b) retirement plan at $19.50–$22.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
