Assistant Grounds and Landscape Technician needed to care for exterior Cypress campus grounds, performing routine mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control, irrigation maintenance, seasonal plantings, and basic repairs. Responsibilities include inspections of grounds, debris removal, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and storm readiness coordination. Requires 3+ years in groundskeeping/landscape, ability to operate power tools and equipment (mowers, pressure washer, irrigation components), basic electronics knowledge, and English literacy.
