Assistant Grocery Team Leader

Lead and manage the Grocery Department team to support merchandising initiatives, customer service excellence, and profitable operations. Responsibilities include directing employees, scheduling and delegating tasks, ordering inventory (perishable and non-perishable), developing and implementing merchandising plans to meet financial objectives, controlling department costs, maintaining safety and OSHA compliance, maintaining inventories and records, and overseeing training to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.
