Job Summary
Manage daily department operations and sales, leading and engaging your team to ensure seamless customer service. Oversee bakery or meat department specifics, including baking duties or meat processing with grinders and saws, while driving team growth and recognizing individual contributions. Maintain efficient use of time and resources to support the store's ever-growing business and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- prior experience leading others
- willingness to obtain certifications as required
- willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
- history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience
- use your time and resources efficiently and effectively
- act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
- 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
- knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat
- previous experience working in a meat department
- experience working with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools)
