Job Summary
Facilitate sales, manage handicap and tee sheet applications, and operate the POS system while acting as a ranger, starter, and guest relations officer. Reconcile daily tee sheets, resolve billing discrepancies, and track force posts and no-show charges. Create lesson plans for individual and group instruction, maintain the golf shop inventory, and supervise preparations for all golf outings including scorecards and hole assignments. Monitor member scores, report handicapping to the USGA, and assist the Manager in hiring, training, and directing maintenance associates and department members. Ensure effective orientation for new associates, conduct staff meetings, and implement safe work practices. Requires current PGA/LGPA membership, knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized POS systems, and the ability to read and speak English.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- Associate's degree (AA)
- six months to one-year related experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regular and reliable attendance
