Job Summary
The Assistant Golf Professional will process customer reservations, provide customer service for arriving guests, manage inventory display in the golf shop, collect fees and issue receipts, assist with inventory operations, help in account reconciliation, and manage Association Play Days. Required qualifications include experience at a golf shop, point-of-sale system knowledge, customer service skills, familiarity with Golf Genius Software and JONAS POS, and knowledge of golf rules and USGA GHIN.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in the golf shop at a private or semi-private club
- Understanding of point-of-sale systems and tee sheet software
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Great people skills
- Extensive experience with Golf Genius Software
- Working knowledge of Tagmarshal
- Well versed in Golf Rules and USGA GHIN
- Extensive experience with JONAS POS system
