Job Summary
The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for administering point of sales applications, coordinating with accounting for policy revisions, reconciling daily tee sheets, handling payments and discrepancies, promoting club golf activities, assisting in lesson planning and instruction, maintaining the golf shop, preparing for golf outings, monitoring member scores, and assisting with associate training. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of golf experience is preferred, along with strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and four years golf experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Registered PGA Member preferred
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
