Job Summary
Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling staff to maintain service standards across Pro Shop, Player Assistants, and Outside Service operations. Coordinate daily schedules for leagues, tournaments, and course functions while proactively managing team accountability. Greet members and guests professionally, enforce golf rules and facility policies, and oversee profitable merchandise concessions. Maintain accurate tee sheet and point-of-sale counts to drive revenue, while assisting with junior programming, tournament operations, and on-course support. This full-time role offers PGM education reimbursement, free membership, and cash flow sharing opportunities within a Team Member-owned company focused on enriching lives through golf and fitness.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf
- Fundamental knowledge of rules of golf
- Fundamental knowledge of golf facility operations
- Fundamental knowledge of tournament operations
- Fundamental supervisory practices and principles
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with desire to promote and market
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Experienced in written and oral business communications
- Ability to lift up to 40 Pounds
- Standing for long periods of time

Desired Qualifications
- PGA Apprentice in the PGA PGM Program preferred
- Experience working in a golf operation preferred

- Remain up to date on Golf Genius software
