Job Summary
Lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the premier private golf facility while supervising total golf operations to meet membership expectations. Assist the Golf Shop Merchandiser with concession duties, maintain shop controls, and help with hard goods buying. Support the starter on the first tee, marshal the golf course, and promote the game of golf using V1 teaching software. Coordinate summer sports camps and junior programs to enhance the overall golf experience. Work weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 or higher PGA education
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as required
- Exceptional Member service skills
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Golf Genius
Desired Qualifications
- College Education
- Two to five years' experience in a high-end private golf operation
- Teaching/Coaching experience
- Playing ability
