Job Summary
Assists the Golf Professional with various management and operational activities for the club's golf program. Responsibilities include promoting the club, managing golf operations, executing tournament schedules, maintaining pro shop inventory, assisting members with policies, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the golf course. The Assistant Golf Pro will provide golf instruction, train and supervise staff, and maintain the appearance of the pro shop. Must be available during peak times and attend meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in golf instruction and operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and organize tournaments
- Familiarity with golf policies, rules and regulations
- Skill in supervising and training staff
