Job Summary
Assist in overseeing gym operations and staff, acting as a Deputy to the Club Manager. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing staff (Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians), maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring superior customer service, scheduling and supervising staff, and providing backup support to the Club Manager. Manage front desk activities (phone inquiries, member check-ins, new member sign-ups, member tours), oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance, assist with supplies budgeting, and track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports. Requires CPR certification, a satisfactory background check, punctuality, reliability, leadership and strong problem-resolution skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
