Job Summary
Assistant Girls Water Polo Coach for Upper School athletic program. Responsibilities include organizing practice and game plans, safely managing groups of students, communicating with the Athletic Director, staying informed on weekly updates, attending coaches and parent meetings, ensuring safety and decorum during travel to away games, and providing guidance for related middle/lower school programs. Requires First Aid/CPR certification and 18+ years old; 1–2 years coaching experience preferred; experience with volleyball is beneficial. Training and development of student-athletes’ leadership, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior are emphasized within a gym environment with some outdoor travel as part of away games.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Experience working with children preferred; must be comfortable working with and around school-age children
- 1–2 years of coaching experience (preferred)
- Coaching students (Ages 13–19)
- Experience in or a strong background in volleyball
