Job Summary
Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach role dedicated to supporting the Head Coach and athletic program through instruction, supervision, and program operations. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices and competitions, providing instruction and feedback on skills, techniques, and strategy, supervising student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team functions, reinforcing the athletic program's standards and philosophy, promoting sportsmanship and teamwork, assisting with equipment management and logistics, communicating professionally with athletes, parents, and school personnel, monitoring student-athlete conduct and academic accountability, and ensuring compliance with school policies and athletic regulations. The coach will contribute to student-athlete development, embody positive character, and participate in duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Department.
Required Qualifications
- CPR, AED, First Aid, and required certifications
- Must successfully complete all required background checks and compliance training
