Job Summary
Assist the Girls Swim program by providing coaching for junior high and high school athletes, developing fundamentals and advancing skills to elevate performance. Build positive relationships with players, parents, and staff, supervise practices and competitions, monitor academic eligibility, and support the overall health and wellbeing of student-athletes. Maintain CPR certification, collaborate with other programs, and be willing to work summers, weekends, and additional duties as assigned by administration to sustain a championship program.
Required Qualifications
- Iowa Coaching Certification
- Coaching experience
- Experience working with junior high and/or high school youth
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the District may find appropriate and acceptable.
