Job Summary
Support the Head Coach in executing the daily regimen of individual and team training within the 10-month development cycle for grades 9-12. Assist field sessions focused on enhancing player growth and analyze performance through video analysis and individual development programs. Lead scouting and recruiting efforts using a "Plan-Act-Reflect-Improve" model to identify talent at national, regional, and state events. Execute outreach with a disciplined, determined approach to build the program's future while providing academic advising and fulfilling residential duties as part of the boarding school community. Starting salary is in the low $30s with additional benefits including housing and meals on campus.
Required Qualifications
- Elite Playing Experience: Must have competed at a high level (collegiate or professional) to understand the demands of a high-performance environment.
- Growth Mindset: While extensive coaching experience is not required, a strong desire to master the craft of coaching in an elite setting is essential.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to be detailed, organized, and a self-starter, especially regarding recruiting logistics.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Desired Qualifications
- Licensing: USSF "C" license preferred.
