Assistant Girls Field Hockey Coach

Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training while demonstrating behaviors that foster character development, self-discipline, and pride. Mentor each student to promote trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship by providing guidance and safeguards during practices, games, and travel. Implement all athletic policies approved by the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools' Board of Education and refer requests or grievances through proper administrative channels. Exercise common sense and good judgment in cases not specifically covered, balancing community pressure with objectives of good sportsmanship and mental health.
