Job Summary
Assist the girls cross country program at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. Responsibilities include generating an attitude of fair play, carrying out duties of an assistant coach, attending games, tournaments and practice sessions, instructing student/athlete in rules and coaching developments, understanding MS HSL rules, aligning with Robbinsdale Area Schools’ philosophy and regulations, developing all levels of play, coordinating with feeder programs on Falcon Pride and off-season opportunities, and overseeing the academic growth of players and managers while hiring and mentoring staff to model Falcon Pride.
