Job Summary
The Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager will assist the Merchandise Manager in leading a high performing team responsible for receiving, stocking, and merchandising products. Key responsibilities include performing duties in the absence of the Merchandise Manager, administering training to staff, enforcing company policies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a ready merchandise department for audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong math skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferred
