Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager

Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager assists the Merchandise Manager in leading a high performing team and is responsible for receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee's gift items. The role emphasizes delivering customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, friendly, and in-stock shopping environment. Key duties include administering ongoing staff training, managing labor budgets, overseeing product offerings and merchandising, scheduling tasks, ensuring accurate inventories, using POS devices, and preparing departments for audits. The position requires coordinating with store leadership to achieve financial goals while upholding company policies and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The candidate should have retail management experience, strong math and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
