Assistant General Restaurant Manager - Millhouse Kitchen + Bar

Assist with day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Support hiring, on-site training, and staff performance reviews while maintaining a compliant, safe, and secure environment through strict sanitation and liquor law enforcement. Manage inventory, order supplies, and submit service requests; review menu changes with staff during the General Manager's absence. Monitor service quality by visiting tables and resolving guest complaints promptly. Attend required meetings, complete tip reporting, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Must work well in stressful situations, maintain composure under pressure, and pass background checks and drug screens.
