Job Summary
Assist the GM in leading a store operations team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability. Responsible for developing the team, ensuring high-quality products, maximizing sales, managing daily operations, monitoring KPIs, cash handling, inventory, and marketing execution. Collaborates with the District Leader, maintains store cleanliness and equipment, and fosters community partnerships to grow the brand. Requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, and the ability to manage resources in a fast-paced food-service environment, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions
- Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.
