Job Summary
Lead the retail team at AMIRI’s Woodbury Common Premium Outlets as Assistant General Manager, driving exceptional customer service, inventory control, teambuilding, and health & safety compliance. Manage store operations, analyze sales metrics and KPIs, supervise reporting to relevant parties, and collaborate with HR and corporate teams on training, onboarding, and high-performing team development. Maintain a polished, professional work environment, recruit and retain a productive team, and support community events/product launches while ensuring adherence to laws and operations standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years progressively responsible retail leadership experience
- Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to foster a customer-service focused environment
- Proficiency with the full Office platform
