Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Worldwide Flight Services plans, directs, and coordinates airport facility operations through subordinate personnel; manages and motivates operational staff; analyzes daily operations and financial reports to improve efficiency and profitability; reviews expenditures and makes recommendations on capital expenditures for equipment; ensures security program compliance and TSA regulations; enforces administrative policies and safety rules; may negotiate contracts with equipment and materials suppliers; requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years related experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to manage and motivate personnel.
- Must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
