Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff under the Restaurant General Manager, focusing on staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching to build and retain a high-performing team. Identify talent, empower growth through development, and use effective scheduling to ensure the right team is in place at the right time. Serve as the primary face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members while driving store sales and profit goals. Requires one year of line operations and one year of management experience, with flexibility for 45-hour weeks and travel to other locations.
