Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, you will oversee the daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager, with a focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a high-performing 5-star team; identify talent and empower your team to grow through coaching and development; optimize scheduling to position the right team at the right time; serve as the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members; contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals; travel to other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of line operations experience
- 1 year of management experience
- Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks – available all day parts and days of the week
- Willing and able to travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-25 kg as needed
