Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist the General Manager in leading team development, recruiting, training, and coaching employees to achieve performance goals. Monitor guest service, control labor and food costs, and handle financial tasks like cash handling and inventory management. Resolve operational issues, including staffing shortages and equipment malfunctions, while maintaining high food quality and presentation. Support marketing efforts and community outreach to drive sales and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service setting
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Solid understanding of restaurant financials

- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly as part of job duties
- including but not limited to food supplies, dishware, and equipment
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
