Assistant General Manager

Execute company policies, procedures, and programs while complying with food safety procedures. Manage food and labor costs, monitor inventory levels, and maintain safe working conditions. Coach crew members, interview and recommend hires, and provide training to support leadership and development. Work with the management team to meet sales goals and maintain fast, accurate service with top-notch customer experience. Report directly to the General Manager in a fast food restaurant environment.
