Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at a Wawa store overseeing daily operations, team development, and profitability. Lead the hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates; supervise scheduling, performance management, and expense control; monitor store performance and shrink; analyze reports; collaborate on action plans to drive results. Required Qualifications

- Ability to implement change and drive results through effective execution
