Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience at UFC GYM Waipahu. Lead and coach the team to hit membership and private coaching targets, manage guest pipeline, conduct lead generation and touring of prospective members, and execute in-club events and community outreach. Support onboarding and development of staff, ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies, and assist with scheduling and inventory. Requires 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role; High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred); CPR/AED certification required; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–120 lbs; strong communication skills and proficiency with Office/Google Workspace.
Required Qualifications

- at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification required
- a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs
- proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace)
