Job Summary

Oversee department managers across golf services, food and beverage, and events to deliver best-in-class guest experiences while holding leaders accountable for staffing, safety, and operating standards. Forecast and manage sales and expenses across departments, leveraging business metrics to drive performance and maximize profitability. Step into the General Manager role during absences, owning full venue accountability and stepping in as acting GM when needed. Coach direct reports, drive team engagement, and support effective hiring and scheduling across the venue. Stay visible on the floor to assess and elevate guest experiences, championing a culture of hospitality across every touchpoint. Cultivate relationships with community leaders and support brand-building events and activations. This role operates with autonomy in a high-energy, guest-facing environment requiring a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods and special events.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience
  • at least 2 recent years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation
  • Proven track record of leading multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
  • Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, including bending, stooping, and carrying
  • Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and navigating stairs
  • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks consistently throughout the workday in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time, including heat, cold, and inclement weather
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while performing desk-based tasks, including working at a computer and reviewing documents
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered
