Assistant General Manager

Oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead, educate, and mentor managers and hourly staff to maintain exceptional guest service. Manage business operations including marketing strategies, risk management, and corporate mandates while maintaining daily reports for the General Manager. Analyze staffing needs to recruit and onboard management and hourly personnel, conducting regular performance evaluations and coaching the team to foster productivity and morale. Monitor sales forecasts, labor costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with budgeted revenues and operating cash flow targets. Review monthly P&L reports, oversee the beverage program, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop promotional initiatives. Build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and industry influencers to drive sales through networking and guest engagement. Requires minimum 4 years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants and proficiency with POS systems like MICROS and Aloha.
