Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day parking-operations across multiple locations, focusing on scheduling and staffing, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and delivering professional, responsive service. Lead onboarding/offboarding and performance management, reinforce operational guidelines for security, cash control, and customer service, and implement plans to improve safety and efficiency. Train team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion; conduct operational audits; ensure continuous system availability; and model a positive, professional leadership presence. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to manage budgets and lead both professional and front-line teams.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years management or supervisory experience in customer service
