Job Summary
Assistant General Manager position supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, taking ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, guiding and mentoring team members, and using strong communications to help the team succeed. Provides leadership, ensures compliance with company standards, and contributes to building a great team culture with opportunities to learn leadership skills. This role is with KC Bell Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, and KC Bell Inc. will be the sole employer if hired.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation
