Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric store environment, driving salon performance, supervising Tanning Consultants, and ensuring operational excellence to meet productivity goals. Leads by example in company operations, coaches and mentors staff, generates sales reports, maintains inventory, assists in controlling revenue and expenses, and ensures proper staffing to deliver exceptional service. Requires ability to work nights and weekends, five days per week, with a typical 40–45 hour schedule; college education preferred but not required; emphasizes leadership, sales, customer service, and operational oversight in a fast-paced tanning-salon setting.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience required
- College education preferred, but not required
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Customer service techniques and organizational skills
