Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager at Sun Tan City responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric environment, supervising Tanning Consultants, driving store performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Key duties include leading by example to achieve personal sales targets, coaching and developing Team Members, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, managing staffing levels, and ensuring exceptional customer service while controlling labor costs. Requires ability to work nights and weekends and a five-day, ~40–45 hour schedule; college education is preferred but not required with prior management and/or sales experience and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
