Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director at Sun Tan City; maintain a high-energy, client-centric salon environment, drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and lead by example to achieve productivity goals. Responsibilities include overseeing daily salon operations, coaching and training Team Members, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with revenue and expense control, ensuring proper staffing and labor cost management, and providing management coverage including nights and weekend shifts. Requires strong leadership, ability to coach, mentor, prioritize, and delegate; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; and capacity to stand, walk, and perform cleaning duties. College education is preferred but not required; five-day workweek with approximately 40–45 hours depending on status.
