Job Summary
Lead stretch practitioner and assistant general manager responsible for servicing Stretch Zone clients with excellent customer service, delivering assisted stretching, and promoting memberships. duties include performing stretches for new clients, explaining services and benefits, selling appropriate membership packages, and achieving sales alongside care responsibilities. Role requires adhering to scheduling targets (25 sessions per week after training), maintaining store culture and team collaboration, clocking in/out, and working weekends. Training spans one week for methodology and a second week for sales/management duties, with training likely at the Florida corporate office; willingness to travel is required.
