Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations of a pub-style restaurant, partner with the General Manager to ensure guest experience and team performance, lead shifts, manage front- and back-of-house operations, uphold food safety and alcohol service standards, assist with hiring/training/scheduling, drive inventory management and cost control, and oversee bar/beverage programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant or pub management experience (AGM or supervisor level preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Toast POS, Kickfin, and Social Schedules software
