Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in leading the dispensary to achieve top-line sales growth through staff development, training, and KPI monitoring. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies with the GM, maintaining inventory controls and compliance, coaching and developing staff, partnering with the GM to monitor KPIs and labor costs, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and collaborating with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain to ensure smooth store operations. Requires strong leadership, customer service, POS/Metrc/Dutchie experience, analytical mindset, and open availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
- Associate Degree preferred
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred
- Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools (Dutchie and Metrc)
- Strong leadership and recruitment/training abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical with ability to set and track store KPIs
- Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
