Job Summary
Oversee daily salon operations in a high-energy setting, coach and supervise Tanning Consultants to meet company goals, drive store performance, and maintain an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include leading by example, generating sales reports, managing inventory, assisting with top-line revenue and expenses, maintaining a professional salon environment, and ensuring proper staffing levels. Requires strong leadership, sales and customer-service skills, ability to work nights and weekends, and the capacity to manage labor costs while upholding store standards.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience required
- College education preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work nights as well as weekends
- Ability to manage staffing and labor costs
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
